Linda Brooks, executive director and founder, is dedicated to the empowerment of women through gainful employment. After more than 20 years as an educator and psychologist, Linda decided to change paths and pursue a career in public service. Her goal was to help disadvantaged women overcome the last obstacle they might face in obtaining employment - "looking the part" with self-confidence and assurance.
