At no cost to you.
For low income men and women who are in job training or educational programs and preparing for a job interview, we provide "gently used," quality business attire, appropriate for ANY workplace.
We also provide suitable attire for other important daytime events.
Since 2003, we have enjoyed more than 2000 client visits and partnered with 85 agencies, shelters and programs that refer low-income clients for our FREE services.
Appropriately coached and outfitted, our clients are getting hired, advancing in jobs and feeling proud and confident at all important daytime events.
THE GIFT OF GIVING...
We are so grateful to our devoted family of friends and supporters who contributed a record $5200 to our recent winter appeal. Other inspired individuals have found unique ways to raise much need funds for A Suitable Image. Thank you all!
- Gretje Ferguson Photography offered a Holiday Portrait Gift Certificate Special, and donated $450 from the proceeds to A Suitable Image.
- A "Shop for a Cause" networking evening hosted by The Wellesley Women's Business Network and New England Women in Business raised nearly $1100 in 90 minutes!
- For her Bat Mitzvah "good deed" project, 13-year old Rebecca raised $950 in donations from her friends.
- The Babson Chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority held their 4th annual fashion show to benefit A Suitable Image and raised $1200.
- A Silpada representative donated $300 in commissions earned from a home jewelry party.
- A Suitable Image volunteer held a last minute raffle at her holiday party and raised $1000.
